On the occasion of Mobility Week 🚌, SAMobilité is unveiling a new video format: the Car-Free Day Challenge. Someone who does not use the network has agreed to leave their car in the garage for a day to try other ways of getting around. 👀 Discover their experience very soon in a video on our social media channels. 🎥
What if leaving your car in the garage for a day changed the way we look at our journeys? 🚗 This is the idea behind the Car-Free Day Challenge, a new video format proposed by SAMobilité on the occasion of Mobility Week, from 16 to 22 September 2026. 📅
A real experience, already lived 🎬
For this first experience, someone who does not usually use the transport network agreed to take part: travelling for a full day without their car, relying on the SAMobilité bus network and walking. 🚌🚶♀️
Their journey was followed and filmed as it happened, with their trips, impressions and any surprises along the way. 📍 The aim is not to stage an ideal experience, but to show, in a concrete and sincere way, what a day without a car looks like in everyday life. ✨
Three episodes to discover from 22 September 2026 🎥
The video will soon be broadcast in three episodes on SAMobilité’s social media channels, Facebook and Instagram. 📱 It will show how this particular day unfolded: the lines taken, the habits adapted, and the conclusions drawn from this experience once the day was over. 👀
